In the event that you are not completely comfortable on the mattress, or are not satisfied in any way, Yankee Mattress will refund the full purchase amount of the mattress up to 100-nights after receiving delivery.
The following mattresses are available for return within 100 nights:

To initiate a return, simply send us an email via our website here: https://yankeemattressfactory.com/contact-us/contact-us-by-email/ and request a return during this 100-day period. Upon receiving this email, we will send details of what you need to do to receive a refund. Since your mattress will not fit back into the box in which it was shipped in, here’s a step-by-step video showing how to receive your refund:
1. Using scissors and/or a utility razor knife, cut an 18” x 18” piece of the quilted cover from anywhere on the top of the mattress.
2. Using scissors, fully remove both law tags from the mattress.
3. Take your quilted fabric and law tags to your local post office.
4. Choose a medium flat rate box (any size package can be used; however Yankee Mattress will only reimburse the customer for the cost of the medium flat rate amount of $13.65).
5. Insert both the laws tags and 18” x 18” swatch of quilting into shipping box

You are now free to do what you want with the mattress. Many towns or cities offer free or inexpensive bulk pick up of large items. Any costs associated with disposal of mattress are the customers’ responsibility and Yankee Mattress will not contribute to this.
When Yankee Mattress Factory receives the package with both the law tags and 18” x 18” quilt swath, a full credit will be issued for the total purchase amount, plus $13.65 (the cost to send USPS box).
Note: This return program is only offered on Yankee Mattress “Online Collection” mattresses that were purchased via our website.
These mattresses include and are limited to: “Cape”, “Daytona”, “Malibu” and “Cocoa”.
No other products will be accepted for returns. This includes any mattresses that were purchased in-store and not on our website. A refund will be issued only after both the removed law tags (2) and the 18” x 18” fabric swath are received. Please allow normal USPS mailing times for us to receive the package.
